Bob Barker turns 88 today, December 12, 2012. Barker is best known for hosting The Price is Right, Truth or Consequences, and, for many years, the Miss Universe Pageant.

An animal rights activist, Barker stepped down as host of Miss Universe in 1987 when the powers that be refused to stop using fur coats in the pageant.
